Walter Tiberius

Disheveled old man. Intense look in his eyes. Wild hair. Rambles on. Tries to restrain himself to appear not insane. Tiberius is socially inept and naive, which can come across as arrogant or selfish, and he has little appreciation for children. He is an angry genius 2.

Tiberius was one of the lead scientists of ROTOR, and is trying to prevent someone tampering with his old clandestine lab and time portal. He sees some kids finding their way to his secret lab, and this causes him to get very insistent when telling the kids to not go snooping where they aren't supposed to.

Gustaf

He's the island and castle's crafty house warden 2. A man in his early forties. Kind, mild-mannered, quiet, very skilled at handyman stuff and gardening. Is currently away with the island's boat to get some supplies from the mainland.

He was already here when ROTOR was active, and knows that their lead scientist Tiberius was fired due to some shady research. But he's not one to gossip. He doesn't know any of the scientific or technical details.

Gustaf's daughter. Same age as the kids. Outdoorsy type. Fierce, a bit scary. She knows her way around the island very well and is a local expert 2.

She feels lonely sometimes, as she has to spend a lot of time alone on the island with her dad. Her tough and smug act towards the campers is largely a mask she puts up.
