Similar to the refurbished lab, but not refurbished. Lots of old, broken equipment, leaked batteries, etc. No power
Things to be discovered
- some small drop bottles hidden at the back of a cabinet, with a label 'LSD'
- fine tools for working on electronics
- in a locked poison cabinet: Poisonous and dangerous chemicals in small quantities
